OMG I hate that I didn’t have these earlier! Had some rubber one that did not last and kept folding up on me. These bands have great resistance and do not fold or slip on you. I am a minor critic and I love love these bands. Was starting to loose motivation for working out and these have definitely motivated me again. great quality

These resistance bands are very sturdy. The material is thick and heavy and definately durable. Great rubber grip on the inside preventing them from rolling so you can actually focus on the excerise you are doing. i have used all 3 bands for diff glute excersies and they are amazing in strength. i keep them in the gym bag it comes with and at the moment going down to the park to get my excersises in and some walking. Due to lockdown i havent used my ankle strap yet but it feels great and is nice and soft on the skin,
